I wouldn’t confuse the Agile Industrial Complex bs with the practices needed to deliver better products. The point is improving the efficiency of going from idea to end user so you can get faster feedback on the quality of the idea and the quality of the implementation. Delivering one big thing is a fool’s errand that only works if you have no responsibility after you’re “done.”
