I notice you don't seem to advocate for paying teachers what they are worth or, you know, treating them with respect. When will they have time to work at Target? After the time they spend after hours doing teach work? I have an ex-teacher working as a developer on my team. She left teaching due to the poor pay, poor hours, and the shitty parents.
