Teams need to learn how to prioritize, decompose, test, and continuously deliver work that’s, hopefully, valuable. If there is a role for that, it should be temporary.
Very few scrum masters are technical enough to provide competant coaching. Delivering software requires understanding CI and everything required to work that way.
