That’s one of the main problems with most agile training. The focus of improvement should always be on how to improve delivery, not agile process.

We should be making the code easier to change.
We should be improving the quality gates in the pipeline.
We should be improving how we define work and our ability to reduce the batch size of delivery.

Improvement should always focus on value delivery, not process.
